Week 1
We started with an introduction of the class. We started off quick with looking at different websites and starting basic photoshop methods.
Week 2
We started working on our capstone posters and different websites designs we would use. I used wix.com and found a dentist template that I used.
Week 3
It was another work week and Professor Ghosh helped me. We received our FileZilla accounts and I was still working on the poster.
Week 4
I really had no idea what to do for my poster. It was helpful that Professor Ghosh helped me with ideas.
Week 5
I started working on my website. I had to find different information for each slide.
Week 6
Capstone presentations are coming up. Part of my end product would be my website so I worked on that outside of class.
Week 7
I formatted my poster to where it would fit my website. Unfortunately the top of the poster had to be cut off.
Week 8
We talked about making videos this week. We could incorporate it in our website but it wasn't necessary.
Week 9
This week we practiced our capstone presentations with our website. Professor Ghosh helped me by pointing out different ideas to use and editing that I could incorporate.
Week 10
This week we presented our capstone presentations. I feel like our websites was on point and my poster on the website. I took delicate time preparing for this moment and I believe I did a good job.
Week 11
This week we had to come up with ideas concerning video ideas. At first, I was going to play the piano for my video, but then we had the option to have it in a group.
Week 12
I was paired with Melissa, Elzbeth and Nohemi. We started filming right away. We finished our filming within a day.
Week 13
We started editing the video.
Week 14
We made final touches on our videos. The titles, transitions, and editing.
Week 15
We looked over our video again and decided it was final.
Week 16
We presented the video and it looked good. Professor Ghosh gave us feedback on our text and to fix it.
It was a great semester and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
